Terms of Service

All Things Lovely – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the All Things Lovely website.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Us

All Things Lovely is an online retail business offering a range of products including homeware, gifts, confectionery, seasonal items and other lifestyle products.

For customer service enquiries, please contact:

2. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.

Colours, packaging, dimensions and appearance may occasionally vary slightly from images shown on the website, particularly where manufacturers or suppliers update packaging or product designs.

All goods sold to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. These rights cannot be excluded by these terms.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

As we work with multiple suppliers, stock levels can occasionally change after an order has been placed.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Prices

All prices shown on our website are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

We may update prices from time to time.

The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing or technical error.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before the order is completed.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • There has been an obvious pricing or website error
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the website
  • We are unable to fulfil the order

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, any amount due will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Depending on the options available, these may include card payments, digital wallets or buy-now-pay-later services such as Clearpay.

Where a third-party payment provider is used, their own terms and conditions may also apply.

7. Delivery

Our current standard UK delivery charge is £4.50, although delivery charges may change from time to time.

The current applicable charge will always be displayed at checkout.

Orders are currently dispatched within approximately 7–14 working days, depending on the product and supplier.

We use a variety of delivery services, including Royal Mail and DPD.

Items within the same order may sometimes be dispatched separately if they are supplied by different fulfilment partners.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

Online sellers are generally expected to deliver within 30 days unless a different timeframe has been agreed with the customer.

8. Cancellation and Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you will normally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you will generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain items may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including some:

  • Personalised or custom-made goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly
  • Sealed hygiene-sensitive products once opened

These exclusions do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask for photographs or other information to help us understand the issue.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods. Businesses cannot contract out of those responsibilities.

10. Confectionery and Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some confectionery and other temperature-sensitive products may be affected by high temperatures during transit.

We may display seasonal delivery notices during periods of warm weather.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.

11. Suppliers and Fulfilment Partners

Some products may be dispatched directly by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners.

Where necessary, we may share relevant order information such as your name, delivery address and product details with the supplier responsible for fulfilling your order.

This is explained further in our Privacy Policy.

12. Website Use

You must not use this website:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • To interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • To attempt unauthorised access to systems or customer information
  • To copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the branding, website content, graphics, text and other original material on the All Things Lovely website belong to us or are used with permission.

They must not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers and other service providers.

We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

15. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for matters that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent conduct, or customers' statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where the law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, unless the law requires otherwise.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law where you live.
