Raspberry & White Chocolate Blondie

Sharp Raspberries, Sweet Blondie

Our blondie is made using only the finest Belgian white chocolate, with a generous swirl of tangy raspberry jam in each slice, which is then topped with a Belgian white chocolate and Ruby chocolate drizzle and a sprinkling of freeze dried raspberry pieces for added colour. It’s a real showstopper!  Serve alone or with a scoop of quality ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.
